I was born in Alberta, and raised in Lethbridge from age 4.
With an inclination to work hard and travel, I left
Lethbridge in the late 80’s to pursue my career in Construction.
I found myself in some interesting places such as Canmore A.B.
(1988-89), Whistler B.C. (1991-1992), Mt. Washington B.C. (1993-95),
Castle Mountain Resort A.B. (1996-now), and Fernie B.C. (1999-2005).
With a growing passion and knowledge of Western Canadian
mountain towns, I realized that I was involved at an incredible time
and turning point with some of Canada’s most successful mountain
communities. Armed with
some great experiences, a passion for mountain living, and a
lifetime of familiarity with this area, I proudly call the
Crowsnest Pass home for my family and myself.
I have 2 years of business
administration at Malaspina University under my belt, and a 20 year
understanding of the construction side of single family and multi
family developing in the housing market.
I also have 6 years experience starting and operating South
Western Alberta’s first professionally managed Vacation rental
management service, as well as the good fortune of owning investment
properties in the area. These
experiences within the housing market, an obsession for
understanding the Real Estate Market, and knowledge and interest in Real Estate trends specifically within mountain towns
in Western Canada had finally led me into an exciting career in Real
Estate.
Just a few of my personal
interests include:
My Family. My
girlfriend and I have two incredible children and we reside in
Bellevue A.B.
Travel.
With a passion to travel, I have been fortunate to have
visited all 10 provinces and one Territory in our great Country, I
have traveled extensively through the U.S. and have been to some
incredible places around the world such as Hong Kong, Japan, Cuba and
Thailand.
Recreation.
I am an avid Skier/Snowboarder, and also I enjoy Fishing,
Camping, Hiking, Climbing, mountain Biking.
I have had the pleasure of enjoying these activities in this
area for over 30 years.
Hobbies/Community Service. Hobbies of mine include Music, Real Estate
Obsessing, cars/motorcycles, I am presently on the Ski Hill Authority
board of directors for the Pass Powderkeg Ski Hill. I have
also recently been named “Akela” (Cub Scout
Leader) for the Cub Scouts in The Pass, and am also coaching soccer
in the Crowsnest Pass.
